One of our experts will contact you to arrange a 30 minute phone call to discuss your idea. You are under no obligation to proceed beyond this, and you will not be asked for any payment.
The next step is an optional face-to-face meeting to make sure that you are happy with the way we work and that we believe we are the right people to help you.
After that, if you're taking our fixed-price consultation service, we'll arrange a half-day workshop so that we can collaborate on your idea. We'll listen, and make suggestions to improve your offering based on our experience of taking services online.
It will then take a few days to prepare the technical design document that will outline your service and how it will work. This is yours to keep regardless of whether you choose to proceed immediateley with development.
You'll only pay £1,500 for the work required to set up and run the workshop, and to create your technical design documentation.
